Senior Manager, Email Marketing Strategy And Operations

Humble Bundle is hiring a Senior Manager, Email Marketing Strategy and Operations to help grow and report on our digital storefront and subscription businesses. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated, technically savvy marketer who can own and enhance the strategy for one of our largest marketing channels. This role will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that grow our digital storefront and subscription businesses. Join an impactful growth marketing team spanning paid ads, email, affiliates, partnerships and promotional growth marketing.

Key responsibilities include :

• Owning our email marketing program from start to finish : creating, building, scheduling and optimizing campaigns as well as establishing and tracking goals measuring email performance.
• Leading and managing a team including but not limited to email marketing and CRM managers.
• Establishing and maintaining CRM targeting to ensure customers get the right email at the right time while seeking opportunities to create and implement new audience segments, while supporting the continued engagement of our customer lists.
• Engaging directly with our Corporate analytics partners; providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities by sharing strategic insight and context for decisions made by the business.
• Contributing to our Choice promotional strategy by developing innovative, targeted approaches to maximize subscription volume and revenue.
• Executing ad hoc reporting through database queries and dashboard analytics; communicating complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing emails are sent accurately and on-time while maintaining our email quality assurance standards.
• Working closely with the digital design and copywriting teams to craft compelling assets that support our email campaigns.
• Collaborating with internal partners at IGN, Gamer Network, and other brands to build cross-marketing campaigns that support growth and revenue across Ziff Davis owned organizations.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in the email marketing and analytics disciplines, while implementing prudent changes as needed.

Compensation Range :

Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The total salary compensation for this role is $105,000-$120,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
