To join our Professional Services team we are looking for a Creative Producer to manage the full-cycle production of video creatives and UGC content for mobile products. Your responsibilities will include developing creative strategies, generating ideas and scripts, tracking trends, conducting client briefings, and ensuring a high level of execution for your concepts. You will work closely with the team lead and the creative team to deliver effective and modern advertising solutions.

What You Will Do

• Participating in client briefings in both Russian and English.
• Developing creative strategies for video creatives and UGC content (generating ideas, hooks, writing scripts, selecting mechanics).
• Conducting market and competitor research, identifying trends and new mechanics for projects.
• Writing technical briefs for the creative team and UGC creators, and monitoring results against your briefs.
• Communicating with clients : presenting concepts, reporting on results.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of produced creatives and contributing to the development of new strategies based on results.
