The Role :
This is a hybrid Setter / Closer role ideal for someone who thrives in both lead qualification and final negotiations. You'll be working inbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualifying homeowners, booking appointments, and closing deals on residential properties the company intends to purchase directly. The full-cycle sales process is direct and high-trust — typically one to two calls — and successful reps move quickly, consult confidently, and aren't afraid of objection handling.
