Customer Advocate II / Dispatcher II

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Customer Advocate II / Dispatcher II to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Transportation Providers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, call center environment.

This role includes :

• Assisting Transportation Providers with transportation-related questions and concerns.
• Scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations as requested.
• Documenting complaints and provider concerns thoroughly and accurately.
• Inputting and maintaining accurate trip data and performing trip corrections, mileage / cost adjustments, cancellations, and retro trip insertions.
• Referring unresolved grievances to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
• Supporting escalation procedures and negotiating trip costs when outside of contractual agreements.
• Providing support to peers in achieving exceptional service standards.
• Responding to calls on the Transportation Provider line.
• Participating in required meetings and other assigned projects or duties.

Salary : $19 / hr
