Compensation : Base $90K-$100K + Hours Bonus up to $35K

Location : Hybrid - Tampa, FL

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Third-Party Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in insurance coverage analysis, particularly focusing on third-party claims. This position is critical in advising clients on coverage issues, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in disputes related to property insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage for third-party claims
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities under insurance agreements
• Draft legal documents, including coverage opinions, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings related to insurance coverage disputes
• Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other attorneys to resolve claims effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and case law related to insurance coverage and third-party claims
