Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Associate Attorney to join our team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. The candidate will be an essential part of our team, providing high-quality legal services to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to grow professionally while working on challenging cases.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including commercial litigation and insurance litigation.
• Handle and litigate complex bodily / personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Stay informed about current legislation and regulations that may affect our clients.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain legal options, provide advice, and answer questions about their case.
• Construction defect cases may be assigned depending on the candidate's experience and interest.
