A company is looking for a Researcher to collaborate on the development of the Tempo protocol.

Key Responsibilities

Design new protocol-level features addressing privacy, capital efficiency, and scaling

Pressure-test ideas with the team and community

Shepherd new features into production and explain innovations to users and partners

Required Qualifications

Experience with protocol research on consensus, scaling, cryptography, liquidity, and MEV

Deep understanding of EVM blockchains, including account abstraction and gas metering

Interest in using crypto to address real-world payment problems
