Key Responsibilities
Coordinates equipment setup for new hires and special projects
Monitors company assignments and staffing issues, ensuring compliance with benchmarks
Manages caseload for assigned clients and provides tracking reports to upper management
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
One year of line-of-business claims management experience preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Good knowledge of line-of-business claim policies and procedures
