The QUALITY DOCUMENATION SPECIALIST will perform a review of documents for accuracy, collect supporting documentation, and creation of certification packets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to :

• Prepare certification packets, certificate of conformance (C of C), filing, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing for internal and external customers.
• Collect and prepare supporting documentation.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and update information in our system.
• Reach out to internal resources to verify information as needed.
• Participates in training on issues affecting own area of work.
• Notifies supervisor of compliance questions or issues.
• Provides additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management.
• Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
