    • This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required. Driver's license and clean driving record are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast-growing company and master carpenters. Advancement opportunities are available quickly for those that prove themselves to be a hard worker.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Selecting, picking up and organizing and delivering materials and equipment to job sites, using company vehicles and trailer.
  • Clean up job sites after and sometimes during projects.
  • Taking construction debris to local dumps.
  • Cleaning and organizing shop tools and equipment
  • Cleaning office and outside areas around office
  • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
  • Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

    • SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :

  • Basic understanding carpentry / residential construction language / materials.
  • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
  • A strong work ethic, highly dependable and timely
  • Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools / materials.
  • Ability to properly and safely navigate and back up a trailer is a must.
  • Driver's license is required with clean driving record.

    • House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Kanawha Valley WV area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as home repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
