Schedule : Possible need for clinic coverage (7a - 3 : 30p). Schedule will be mainly 24 hour call from 7a - 7a. Sporadic coverage only. Patient Population : 100% Adult Caseload : 100% Adult. Average of Patients per day : 15 Total Number of Beds : 300 Is the Locum Physician required to supervise other healthcare providers? : NO Will other Vascular Surgeons be present during the Locum Physician coverage? : NO Vascular Lab Onsite : YES Number of Exam Rooms : 3 Level III Trauma Describe office ancillary staff : Front office, 2 medical assistant, 1 mid level in the office, 2 mid levels at the hospital, 3 vascular techs in the office EMR System : EPIC Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
