Physician Assistant Student Rotations

Summary:

Students accepted fora rotation at Pine Rest will be required to complete PHASE II of the VisitingPhysician Assistant Rotation Application process. PHASE II will require anonrefundable $400 application fee (fee waived for GVSU students), verificationthat you are student in good standing, are covered by home school liabilityinsurance, have personal health coverage, proof of immunization/immunity of thefollowing colling diseases: ChickenPox, Rubella, Mumps, Polio, Tetanus/Diphtheria, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B,Influenza within past 12 months, TB Skin Test within past 12 months, COVID 19,and have completed a criminal background check and drug screen.
