Educational Leadership Instructor

A company is looking for an Instructor in Educational Leadership / Research Methods (Full-time).

Key Responsibilities

Develop instructional materials aligned with learning objectives and deliver engaging virtual events

Provide one-to-one virtual instruction and coaching to support student academic and career goals

Facilitate student communities to enhance peer collaboration and faculty interaction

Required Qualifications

Verifiable doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Educational Leadership

3+ years of K-12 classroom experience

3-5 years of experience as a K-12 school principal

Ability to work a student-friendly schedule, including evenings and weekends

Experience with research methodologies and online student support is preferred
