Key Responsibilities
Create accounts and notify customers of licensing availability
Provide customer support regarding license status and troubleshoot related issues
Maintain and develop process flows for new or existing products as assigned
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service / support or a related field
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce
Proven ability to adapt conversations based on the technical ability of customers
Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
