Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Customer Care Representative to join our fast-growing dental partnership network's Dental team.

Our local partnerships offer the chance to work with Partners and team members dedicated to their communities and their teams. As a member of the Guardian team, you will pursue regional business objectives with our Operations team and be a key contributor to the success of your region and of the entire GDP network.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

  • Complete new patient insurance verifications and submit insurance benefit breakdowns to the insurance department
  • Answer incoming emails and forward to appropriate departments to which it pertains
  • Communicate with the front desk and office team members of incoming patient calls by placing them in the queue for the appropriate department to handle
  • Serves as the "face" of the company, offering friendly service to those calling in on the phone
  • Confirms all future appointments
  • Assist patients with scheduling questions
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the call center supervisor and / or the office manager
  • Follow-up on unscheduled recare / treatment appointments

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years experience preferred
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service setting required
  • Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients
  • Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
