Schedule : Full-time

Pay Rate : $20.50-$24.50 per hour

We’re seeking a Day Program Coordinator to lead our daytime enrichment and support program — a dynamic role focused on creating meaningful, client-centered activities that foster life skills, confidence, and hope.

What You’ll Do :

As the Day Program Coordinator , you’ll bring structure, creativity, and compassion to daily programming that helps participants thrive. You will :

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily activities such as life skills classes, workshops, support groups, and community outings.
• Build strong relationships with participants while maintaining professional boundaries and a trauma-informed approach.
• Partner with community organizations and volunteers to expand program offerings and opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment that encourages stability, empowerment, and personal growth.
• Support participants in developing practical skills — from housing readiness to financial literacy and computer basics.
• Prepare and serve lunch when needed, ensuring a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.
• Maintain documentation, attendance records, and progress reports accurately and timely.
• Collaborate closely with shelter staff to ensure seamless coordination between day programming and shelter services.
