What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.

Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials in accordance with established protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as necessary.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Document incidents, observations, and activities clearly and accurately in daily reports.

Assist visitors and employees by answering questions and providing directions as needed.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures and protocols.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have 5 or more years of security-related experience.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
