Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects including commercial, residential, multi-family, retail, and tenant improvements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and review estimates, bids, and requests for information (RFIs) to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
