Senior Risk Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Risk Analyst to conduct in-depth real estate valuation analysis and provide independent pricing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze appraisals and BPOs to provide independent valuation recommendations for proposed projects

Utilize localized data to evaluate market conditions and assess property values

Prepare detailed due diligence reports and synthesize findings into actionable insights for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred

3-5 years of experience in real estate valuation, risk analysis, or underwriting within a mortgage or lending environment

Strong understanding of appraisal methods and property valuation techniques

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in the loan approval process
