Title Specialist I

The Title and Records Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, properly managing title inventory, and the releasing of titles to clients.

Job Responsibilities :

• Intake process- scanning all titles into title vault
• Verify and validate titles for title negotiability
• Ship all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to client
• Responsible for generating and fulfilling picklist
• Responsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepancies
• Responsible for sorting and filing title inventory

Benefits :
