Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented contractor to join our team as a Web Production Marketing Manager. In this temporary role, you will oversee web production activities and take a hands-on role in producing engaging, high-quality website content and experiences. You will drive the roadmap for enhanced website functionality and operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires strong program management, content production skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless website experiences and continuous process improvements.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Drive the roadmap for website features and functionalities that improve content management efficiency and overall site experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, UX, and other stakeholders to align web content production with business goals and campaign narratives.
• Actively participate in the creation, editing, and publishing of website pages, digital assets, and microsites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution of website updates, content initiatives, and digital projects.
• Optimize workflows and implement best practices throughout the web production lifecycle to enhance productivity and content governance.
• Serve as a central point of contact for managing web requests, defining requirements, and setting expectations with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor website performance and user experience to inform continual improvements in content, functionality, and engagement.
