Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTE’s) : Average Census is 25 patients per day. Wonderful Director and CNO oversee the department.

How many years of experience and education is required : Will look at all years of experience including new grads

Compensation : Salary range, retention bonus, relocation package, shift diff for weekends or nights?

Range is 32 to 50 dollars an hour DOE. 7500 dollar sign on / relo bonus. Night and weekend shift diff available.
