Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Leverage evidence-based methods to strengthen patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide seamless, all-encompassing care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Monitor Progress and Record Outcomes: Keep track of clinical developments and modify treatment when necessary, ensuring patients remain on track.

Education

• Obtained a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouraged to pursue continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
