Pay Range : $80000 - $100000 / annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage asbestos abatement projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop project plans and budgets for asbestos removal
• Utilize tools such as Planswift for construction estimating
• Negotiate prices with contractors and suppliers
• Conduct on-site visits to construction sites
• Oversee the safe removal and disposal of asbestos materials
