NOW HIRING A fIELD tECHNICIAN :

The Field Technician will be responsible for responding to service orders and trouble tickets and supporting the installation, maintenance, repair, removal or migration of telecom equipment and services. The Network Technician is expected to demonstrate self-motivation, capable of making prudent decisions even in high-pressure situations. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative team-building approach, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service are indispensable qualities for this role.

What will I do?

Perform testing, troubleshooting, repair and decommissioning of both the central office and customer-premise telecommunications equipment and services.
