Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end JDE EnterpriseOne implementations and upgrades.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure JDE modules including (but not limited to) Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, and HR / Payroll.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, reports, and interfaces.

Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Develop functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Strong functional knowledge in at least 2–3 core modules (e.g., Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing).

Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.

Excellent understanding of JDE data structures, workflows, and integration points.

Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with developers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with tools like One View Reporting, BI Publisher, or Orchestrator is a plus.

Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes is desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Oracle JDE certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
