Sales Administrator
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Sunrise is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to their sales team! Duties and responsibilities include preparing quotes, responding to customer calls and emails, assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork, entering all incoming orders into the system and sending order confirmations to customers, following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services, processing orders via email and phone, checking orders and invoices for accuracy, following up on open quotes, contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries, updating sales and customer records, creating purchase orders based on sales forecast, and monitoring current inventory levels to ensure that we have enough product on hand to fulfill customer requests.
Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in this role, proficient with Microsoft Office, knowledge of QuickBooks, outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines, and must be willing to submit to a background and a drug test.
