Job Summary :

IFAB Corp is seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our manufacturing team. The Die Setter will be responsible for setting up, aligning, and adjusting dies on stamping and forming equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality production. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, minimizing scrap, and supporting safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and align dies on stamping presses according to specifications.
• Perform die adjustments and calibrations to ensure proper operation and part quality.
• Conduct trial runs and make necessary modifications to achieve precise tolerances.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues.
• Maintain die setup records and document tooling adjustments for future reference.
• Ensure proper safety protocols are followed, including lockout / tagout procedures.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of dies and related equipment.
• Train and support operators on die operation and safety procedures.
• Monitor production runs to detect and correct issues promptly.
