Fast paced unit with high acuity patients

36 bed ICU step down unit. Medical patients, surgical patients, trauma patients, cardiac patients and stroke patients. We see diverse patient diagnoses but most common diagnoses are sepsis, pneumonia (covid and non-covid), atrial fibrillation, ESRD, GI bleed, DKA.
