Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume recruitment and onboarding for production technical and skilled trades roles.
• Manage employee relations including grievance resolution disciplinary actions and conflict management on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws company policies and manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g. OSHA).
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Develop and execute workforce planning strategies including succession planning and initiatives to reduce turnover among production staff.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to attract and retain a skilled manufacturing workforce.
