A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Deduction Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer deductions, ensuring accurate records in the Modus and SAP systems
Proactively contact customers for unpaid invoices and monitor Days Sales Outstanding
Maintain and reconcile customer accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
1-3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit / Deduction Management
Proficiency in SAP and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with Modus trade management tool is a plus
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
