Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, including leadership positions
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through market insights
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
Extensive experience recruiting for sales roles at all levels, including executive positions
Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for complex sales positions
Expertise in assessing candidates for enterprise sales experience, particularly in healthcare
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday) and leveraging data for recruitment decisions
