Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health, Morrisania. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of patients
- Assist with Performance Improvement work to provide comprehensive care that reduces unnecessary hospitalization
- Requirement in the Adult Medicine clinic and will treat adult patients only
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
- Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, rotating evening clinics and Saturday rotation
Qualifications
Wages and Benefits include :
Annual Base Salary : $205,000
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $280,700
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits. Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.
