THE GREAT PAY

In addition to the rewarding nature of the role, this position offers a competitive salary starting at $50,000 per year, with a performance-based commission structure that rewards your hard work and dedication.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Outreach & Sales Liaison, your pivotal role places you at the forefront of transformation and progress within our retirement living community.

By utilizing your talent for cultivating authentic connections and generating high-quality leads, you are vital in guiding families to the ideal sanctuary for their loved ones.

Through targeted outreach efforts and collaboration with the sales and marketing team, you serve as the catalyst for our community's growth and cultivate an inclusive atmosphere for seniors and their families.

Your daily responsibilities revolve around fostering partnerships in the market, connecting with key referral sources, and orchestrating events highlighting the inviting and vibrant lifestyle we offer.

This position thrives on effective communication, whether you're leading tours, following up with potential residents, or nurturing relationships that result in successful move-ins, each interaction presents an opportunity to positively impact lives.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a structured setting, prioritize compliance and safety, and demonstrate proactive communication skills.

The requirements for the position are :

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Heart for service and desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of the elderly
