By utilizing your talent for cultivating authentic connections and generating high-quality leads, you are vital in guiding families to the ideal sanctuary for their loved ones.
Through targeted outreach efforts and collaboration with the sales and marketing team, you serve as the catalyst for our community's growth and cultivate an inclusive atmosphere for seniors and their families.
Your daily responsibilities revolve around fostering partnerships in the market, connecting with key referral sources, and orchestrating events highlighting the inviting and vibrant lifestyle we offer.
This position thrives on effective communication, whether you're leading tours, following up with potential residents, or nurturing relationships that result in successful move-ins, each interaction presents an opportunity to positively impact lives.

The requirements for the position are :
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Marketing experience
- Heart for service and desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of the elderly
