As a screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points, screen individuals entering the premises, and verify credentials as required by site guidelines.

Maintain detailed records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations during the shift.

Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and / or delivery drivers to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
