Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice NP in Connecticut!

About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Connecticut, starting Dec 15, 2025. This opportunity offers a 70-day contract, working day shifts from 8 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates must hold an active CT license and Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver primary care services as outlined in the practice profile
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions

    • Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine required
  • Active CT Nurse Practitioner license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • This position is open exclusively to Nurse Practitioners; Physician Assistants will not be considered
