Details :

Position will be split between 2 locations. Candidates must be able to commute to either location in less than 30 minutes.

1.) 102 Memorial Road ,Schwenksville, PA 19473

2.) 78 Second Street Collegeville, PA 19426

Responsibilities :  Complete Medicare Annual Wellness visit to ensure compliance with ACO. Run blood pressure clinics and assist MA's with abnormal lab call backs and medications adjustments.

2 rounds of interview - teams and in person

Compliance is due on the Wednesday before start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award.  Medicals and drug screen must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of being cancelled.
