In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and with your positive attitude and approachable demeanor, you could be the perfect addition to our team. Your daily responsibilities will include answering multiple phone lines, assisting clients with inquiries, greeting visitors, preparing letters and reports, and handling other clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities
A successful customer service / sales representative will demonstrate the ability to take on whatever task is in front of them. It may include but is not limited to the following.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Take premium payments from customers.
Sell policies to new prospects through various lead sources.
Policy Presentations : Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand their insurance choices.
Relationship Building : Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Willingness to obtain insurance licenses
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
Appropriate license(s) must be obtained prior to start date
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
