LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Unit : Interventional Radiology Rooms : 2- general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room and 2 neuro endo suites Certs Required : ARRT (R), Az license MRTBE-CRT VI certificate is a plus but not required Scrub Experience Preferred EMR : Cerner, DR (PACS) Cases per Day : 5-10 Weekends : Yes possibly some Saturday’s Shifts : Day shifts 8 hours M-F (830a-5p or 9a-530p) Call Requirement : None Floating : None outside of Radiology Floor Specific Orientation : Philips Allera, Medrad injector Common cases / Types of Patients : Procedures- GI / GJ tubes, Ports, angio’s, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, blood patch
