Adult Psychiatry Opening near Cincinnati, OH- Located in West Chester Township, OH - Cincinnati 20m- Full-time, Independent Contractor- Seeking BE / BC Position Details : - The selected psychiatrist will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adults admitted to our 24-bed unit.- With our average length of stay at 10 days and a consistently high occupancy rate, the successful candidate can anticipate a stimulating and rewarding caseload.- Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.- The psychiatrist will be expected to provide on-call coverage for at least one week per month, with an average of 2 to 3 admissions per day.- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for adult patients.- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient's clinical needs and goals.- Provide medication management and psychotherapy as indicated, in collaboration with the treatment team.- Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.West Chester, OH, offers an attractive lifestyle with a blend of urban amenities and suburban charm.
