This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Flexible scheduling based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)

Patients per day : 6-10

Practice Setting : In home health and wellness evaluations

Scope : Home Care

State Licensure : West Virginia
