Associate Director Of Prospect Research
The Associate Director of Prospect Research plays a critical role in advancing the organization's fundraising goals by providing strategic insight, data analysis, and research support across all philanthropic initiatives. This position partners closely with the Director of Prospect Research and other fundraising teams to identify, evaluate, and manage donor and prospect relationships, ensuring a data-informed approach to engagement and stewardship.
May coordinate events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer groups and programs, manage relationships, and oversee fundraising databases and reporting. Will require occasional evenings and weekends.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, required.
Skills :
Experience :
One year of fund-raising, sales or relevant experience, preferred.
