TreeHouse is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to unleashing hope in teens everywhere. We’re looking for caring, dependable men to serve as mentors for teen boys in our Minnetonka program. As a mentor, you’ll build trusted relationships, offer encouragement, and walk alongside teens as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their potential.
Aspects apart of being a Mentor
Build consistent, positive relationships with teen boys through conversation, shared activities, and listening.
Provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability in a safe, nonjudgmental way.
Participate in weekly / bi-weekly Support Group
Model integrity, kindness, and resilience.
Time Commitment :
Tuesday evening Support Group 6 : 30-8 : 30 PM (weekly or biweekly)
Minimum 12-month commitment to ensure trust and consistency.
Qualifications : Male, age 21+
Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
Good listener and encourager.
Able to maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
Background check required.
