Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MRB Liaison Engineer to play a critical role in resolving airframe and systems non-conformances across advanced aircraft platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on in a high-impact production environment, developing repair solutions and ensuring compliance with top-tier aerospace standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as an engineering liaison to production teams across multiple aircraft programs.
  • Investigate non-conformances directly on the aircraft and develop technically sound repair solutions.
  • Create and document engineering repair dispositions in response to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Ensure repairs are aligned with regulatory and company standards for structural integrity and airworthiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stress analysis, systems, materials & processes, design, quality, and operations teams.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of engineering decisions and corrective actions.
  • Prioritize safety, compliance, and quality in all repair design efforts.
  • Contribute to reducing product risk and ensuring long-term fleet performance.
  • Apply engineering best practices and AS9100 principles in daily activities.

Candidate Profile

You are a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You bring a high level of ownership, engineering integrity, and familiarity with the operational realities of aerospace manufacturing. Your Boeing MRB background allows you to hit the ground running.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of MRB authority experience on Boeing platforms (737, 777, 787 preferred).
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply Boeing specifications and processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of airframe structures and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 and industry-standard MRB / NCR management software.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and manufacturing quality requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accountability and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
