We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in plumbing service management or related trade. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the service department meets performance goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales within a trade environment, expertise in training and team development, and excellent leadership skills.

Compensation : Top pay for top performers! This role offers a six-figure annual salary with a performance-based pay structure and uncapped earning potential. Expected earnings range from $120,000 to $200,000 in the first full year, with the potential for more based on performance!!!!
