Position Summary :

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director, Services for Older Adults.

In this role, the successful candidate The Director of Older Adult Services directs and supervises FHCs growing network of community-based older adult services, including two neighborhood centers, an adult day program, a neighborhood transportation system, case management services, resources for caregivers and health education and promotion.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee development and implementation of innovative programs for older adults
• Monitor operations for compliance with program and fiscal regulations
• Develop systems of collecting data and monitoring quality assurance throughout department services.
• Develop partnerships with other organizations to improve services and promote understanding of our mission.
• Manage multiple funding sources, both public and private, writing reports and maintaining ongoing communication with funders.
• Work in collaboration with Senior Housing Management staff to integrate and oversee the provision of supportive services within senior housing complexes.
• Provide supervision and staff development to program directors and service coordinators

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $75,186.80 - $125,311.68 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses / incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
