Electro-Mechanical Technician - 2nd Shift | Lead Troubleshooter

Direct Hire : Full-Time | 2nd Shift 3-11pm | Some OT Required

A growing, well-respected manufacturer is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to take the lead on 2nd shift . If you're a natural problem-solver who thrives on keeping things running - and enjoys being the one others rely on - this could be the role for you.

In this hands-on position, you'll be the primary troubleshooter for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, help drive preventive maintenance, and support cross-training efforts on your shift.

What You'll Do :

• Lead troubleshooting of equipment and automated systems (PLCs, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.)
• Perform and enhance preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure tools, inventory, and documentation are well maintained
• Champion workplace safety standards (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.)
• Help train and support technicians and operators
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams when needed
• Stay informed on automation trends and emerging technologies
• Respond to off-shift calls and assist with critical repairs, as needed
