Call Center Customer Service Representative

Location : Appleton, WI

Employment Type : Full time and Part time

Schedule : Weekday s & every other weekend required

Hours : 6 : 00 am 2 : 00 pm OR 7 : 00 am 3 : 00 pm

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Provide professional customer service by phone and in person
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry
  • Work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Support team operations and help create a positive environment

What You Need :

  • Typing Test : 30 35 WPM
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts
  • Reliable attendance is critical
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Professional and pleasant telephone voice
  • Some admin / leadership experience is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision
