A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technician II in San Francisco, CA. The Pharmacy Technician II would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Pharmacy Technician II Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 9 : 30 AM–6 : 00 PM. Pharmacy Technician II Responsibilities Communicate with patients, prescribers, and colleagues via phone, email, and fax Fulfill prescriptions, package medications for shipment, process copays, and research financial assistance Complete order entry and refills under pharmacist supervision Manage inventory and storage, complete documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports Participate in on-call rotation as needed Pharmacy Technician II Requirements CA state pharmacy technician license (required) At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets Excellent written and verbal customer service skills Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Pharmacy Technician II Preferred Qualifications National pharmacy technician certification (PTCB preferred but not required) Experience in specialty pharmacy, retail, or mail order pharmacy If you think this Pharmacy Technician II position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
