Shift : 1st Shift : 6 : 00am to 2;30pm Monday to Friday

Hourly Wage : Starting at $28.68 / hr.

Work Location : 3010 S. Pipeline Rd, Euless, TX 76040

We are currently seeking a Experienced Manufacturing Team Lead Utility Operator to join our team.

Job Summary Experienced Manufacturing Team Lead

As an Experienced Manufacturing Team Lead , you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating and setting up various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties Team Lead

Lead and support Operators-Serve as a technical resource and team leader, providing guidance and support to machine operators.
Train and Develop Team Members- partner with the VSM to train and mentor less experienced operators, fostering growth and skill development.
Ensure Quality and Safety Standards : Complete work order documentation, inspect tools for safety, and uphold high standard for quality, efficiency and productivity.
Promote Company culture and continuous improvement : model ethical behavior aligned with The Gund Company's values and suggest improvements to enhance production and order processing

Requirements :

A technical degree and 5+ years of experience preferred, or a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Prior experience in a manufacturing industry.

Intermediate math skills & aptitude.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand drawing and blueprints.

Ability to use measuring instruments accurately and effectively.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) required. Must be fluent in both English & Spanish

Work Environment Team Lead

This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and chemicals.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required

This position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform manual tasks as required.
